They already do!

Playstation bought Gaikai and turned it into Playstation Now. They also use the technology for PS4 Remote Play.

Its awesome and you should check it out :D

PS4 has been doing this for years through PlayStation Now and Gaikai tech. Remote play works phenomenally well, as does PS Now. You should go pick up a trial of the PC app (psnow.com) and try it out for yourself.
