Android doesn't support DHCPv6 and SLAAC is not good enough. We need consensus on sufficiently sized prefixes using DHCPv6 Prefix Delegation. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DHCPv6#Implementation

This is the next big step as far as I see it.
