I doubt you're "awake" in any sort of matter. The percentage of farm hands today is a lot lower than 200 years ago.

Escaping to a forest cabin might well be hard work but it helps nobody other than yourself. You are escaping from society, not building a new one. Your comments about privilege are deeply misplaced.
