The only currently similar available product is the Dasung Paperlike 103 but they warn that the it's not safe to expose it to the UV in direct sunlight. You'd need to jury-rig a UV filter over it I'd think.

Interesting - and frustrating! It's size is JUST too large for A5.

For reference: This is the zip enclosure I currently use for A5-size notebooks, and, would like to use to contain the A5 eink solar computer...
