In that case, you agree with me that you don’t have a right to privacy for all of the reasons I already stated plus the additional one that you can’t afford to fight it in court.
I generally agree we have no constitutional right to privacy, but I wouldn't agree going to court against someone will result in their illegal behavior against you being remedied.
