   * Ability to understand highly technical concepts and communicate them effectively to less technical users
   * Create and update all technical content including: 
      * User Guides
      * Tutorials
      * Blogs
      * Knowledge Base Articles
      * Instructional Videos
      * Training Course Material
      * Sales Proposals
   * Experience with UX and information design preferred
