This is cool. You can then phrase your plea for donations as something like: "Every 10 dollars you pledge makes others give us up to $100, your donation has 10x power!"
Also you could use with the fact that at the beginning of a campaign, your pledge doesn't have much multiplicative power but doesn't cost you much while at the end it costs you the full amount but you get huge multiplicative power.
