Fizzbuzz is incredibly useful to quickly smoke out people who have lied or faked or exaggerated their way into the interview.

However, that's all it's good for, which means it should be a single pass/fail question. Asking the candidate increasingly specific iterations of fizzbuzz would be a waste of time.
