AT&T already owns Direct TV, which it (and it alone) doesn't count against AT&T Datacaps

No. AT&T owns Direct TV, not Dish Network


Dish network owns blockbuster. As I recall through they don't allow you uncapped bandwidth on their network for blockbuster, which I think is by law.
